All the particles that make up matter once originated within the hearts of old stars. When these stars exploded, their particles were scattered throughout the universe and reformed as new stars and planets.

“The forms of crystal healing that are in use today arose in the alternative cultures of the 1970s and 1980s, but like many complementary systems, they have developed out of old cultural traditions.
